Homemade Buttermilk Substitute
Make buttermilk substitute easily using ingredients from your pantry!
Servings 1 Cup
- 1 Cup Whole Milk
- 1 tbsp Distilled White Vinegar or Lemon Juice
Measure milk in a measuring jug, making sure measurement is taken at eye level. (1 cup is about 240ml)
Add in distilled white vinegar or lemon juice. Stir to combine.
Leave the milk aside for about 10-15 mins, and you should see curdled milk. It is ready to be used.
