A few days back, I’ve made this loaf of Honey Oat Yuzu bread. However due to copyright restriction, I am not able to share the recipe here.
This loaf of bread uses honey, oatmeal (I used instant oatmeal, or you can use rolled oats), yuzu paste that I bought from Kitchen Capers. I also mixed in some plain flour (ratio is 240g bread flour, 40g plain flour) so that the texture of the loaf is softer.
I suppose you can take any simple milk loaf recipe and modify it. I love the bread machine because it’s easy like that, especially with the Panasonic manual! 🙂
